Work on Chisholm road continues steadily. The outer skin s almost complete and the interior is starting to take it’s final appearance, we are very proud of all the good work that our team has put on it!
£ 1.6 million mansion
Kingswood mansion is a £ 1.6 million development by TEO Architects located south of London. The site is composed by an existing building, and a series of new extensions will increase the overall footprint by more than 50% making it one of the largest and most luxurious homes in the area. Throughout the property there will be white marble from Italy and bespoke wood working details will adorn the circulations paths within the residence.
swimming pool is taking shape
The swimming pool at Kingswood Mansion is taking its shape, it will be 12m long pool, with heating system. The sides of the space will feature large glazing and a parametric bespoke ceramic wall. Adjacent to the swimming pool, there will be a dedicated fitness and SPA area.
tetrah wall awarded 5 stars for best trade-stand award
TetraH Wall is an installation piece for the Chelsea Flower Show. Commissioned by Outdoor living-Sirverland Stone. The challenge was to create a futuristic-looking wall with porcelain. This was achieved by combining low-polygon geometric shapes in the design, together with high performing porcelain, with a high level of strength.
TEO ARCHITECTS, SELECTED FOR INSTALLATION AT CHELSEA FLOWER SHOW
TEO has been selected to design the ‘installation wall to the RHS Chelsea Flower Show’ for SILVERLAND ltd, a temporary events future 3d structure wall in the grounds of the royal hospital park for the Chelsea flower show 2017.
Planning permission granted for Chisholm Road
Chisolm Road residential development, has received green light from the council. Another successfull planning application for TEO Architects.
